Step 1: Understanding yourself (weeks 1 and 2)
Everyone will undertake 360 degree leadership assessment producing individual personalized reports, highlighting strengths and challenges to be addressed through out the program
Step 2: Developing yourself and your role (week 3 -13)
A 2-Day leadership team retreat will review the 360 degree reports and work on developing your personal strengths and mitigating your challenge areas. This will be a time to confirm strategic purpose of the organization and your area of responsibility. This workshop will include defining your leadership responsibilities to the people you lead, understanding the differences between management and leadership and building your competency to deliver as a leader within your organization.
You will build on the workshop and 360 degree with 1-hour weekly coaching sessions with one of our expert coaches, enabling each participant to address their challenges and reinforce their strengths.
Step 3: Sustaining the team (week 14)
The final 1-day workshop will not only offer an opportunity to reflect upon the development journey but also provide space to focus upon collaboration, alignment of expectations and inter-dependencies across the leadership team. Focus will be on understanding the relationship of each others roles, the dynamics of personality and need to self-moderate when engaging with their peers.
