To become a Certified Change Agent (CCA), you will successfully complete these three steps
STEP 1: THE WORKSHOP
Spend three days learning how to open your mind and think about change and its effects on people and in organizations, through enlightening conversation, individual and group exercises as well as personal moments of discovery.
The three day workshop is either presented in person or online. Where you choose to attend an online workshop, this will be a live workshop in real time.
STEP 2: PASSING THE EXAMINATION
After completing the 3-day workshop, you will sit a supervised examination that tests your retention of the content. You will have 60 minutes to answer 60 questions. The examination is closed book and you need to accurately answer at least 70% of the 60 questions to pass. If you have attended an in person workshop, you will sit the exam in the very last hour of day 3 of the workshop. If you have followed the online program, you will sit a proctored examination within 2 weeks of completing the workshop.
STEP 3: THE WRITTEN SUBMISSION
To demonstrate that you know how to apply the knowledge, we will request a written submission from you of approximately 3000 words, demonstrating the application of your new knowledge to a change event. You will be assessed by our independent assessor board on how well you applied your knowledge to the change event presented. We recommend that this is submitted within 125 days of passing the examination, however we appreciate that change events may take longer than planned and will work with you to find an alternative submission date if required.
