Now you can become a Certified Change Agent in London

About the Program

The 3 day workshop focuses on a different change theme each day.

  • Day 1 is all about the way individuals respond to change and how we can work with them to navigate their challenges. Discussions on videos, group exercises and assessment tools to take away are all part of the experience.
  • Day 2 focuses on organizations and considers the many approaches to change including the role of leadership. More group exercises, graphic recording and Lego Serious Play are part of the days learning activities.
  • Day 3 defines your role in change. As a change agent what might you be expected to do and how best to do it, with a comparison of outputs and outcomes for any change journey this is the day you create your personal change agent profile.

The final hour of day 3 is the examination part of the qualification. 60 multiple choice questions in 60 minutes test how much of the 3 days you have absorbed. Correctly answering 70% or higher, will progress you to the final part of the program.

The final requirement to achieve Certified Change Agent status, is to demonstrate the application of the knowledge gained to an actual change event. A written report or essay is required to assess that you have successfully used the knowledge gained. When you have demonstrated the successful application, by independent assessor, then you will be awarded the status of Certified Change Agent and able to use the CCA letters after your name, recognizing your ability to navigate change and support others in their journeys.
