Interns can work during the summer, fall, spring or all year round. Please apply to www.usajobs.gov – Students and Graduates You must apply within two years from receiving your diploma or certificate (veterans have up to six years to apply due to their compulsory military service). The USDA Presidential Management Fellows Program is a prestigious and competitive program run by the Office of Personnel Management. The PMF programme supports the development of frameworks for graduates pre-qualified or recommended by a network of higher level schools. Graduates get a 2-year job at USDA, which can lead to the transformation into permanent employment. In addition, agencies can accept applications from people who will complete their training pending a certain second round. z.B. Date of announcement, date of issue of the certificate, deadline. These conditions are to be set out in the Agencies` Pathways Memorandum of Understanding and agency application procedures in accordance with 5 CFR Part 302.301. Non-Grade List – Candidates who meet basic eligibility criteria are listed by veteran category: 10 percent or more of disabled veterans, other veterans eligible for 10 preferential points, veterans eligible for 5 points, and then non-favorite veterans.

An agency must first consider candidates in the group with the highest preference.
